Since there is an event booked today in our Grapevine Pavilion, our barn, ” The Loft” is available to rent for a gathering of 50 people or less. Garden patio is also included in this VERY SPECIAL OFFER of $475 plus tax for 3 hours. (plus 20% service charge.) Normally an “on peak” season rental for a weekend date is the same as our wedding pricing!
