A Wine Pairing Experience

Join us in our intimate and cozy barn for an evening to remember.  Delicious small plates created by Chef Jacob & thoughtfully paired with interesting wines.  Wines are presented by a Wine Expert.  Reservations are required (see below.)

Course #1

  • Cilantro Peach Salsa/on Crispy Wanton
  • Paired with a Crisp Sparkling Wine

Course #2

  • Skewered Chicken Breast w/Avocado Cream
  • Served on Micro Greens
  • Paired with an Oaked Chardonnay

Course #3

  • Baked Brie w/Blueberry Compote
  • Paired with a Medium Bodied Pinot Noir

Course #4

  • BBQ Shredded Pork
  • Served on Hawaiian Roll Half & Topped w/Crispy Onions
  • Paired with a Well-Structured Merlot

Course #5

  • To Die for Chocolate Brownie Sandwich
  • Paired with a Huge & Bold Cabernet Sauvignon

About the Chef: Chef Jacob is classically trained with French & Spanish influences. The balance of properly paired food/wine is one of his many passions. A quote he loves: “If you really want to make a friend, go to someones house and eat with them…the people who give you their food…give you their heart…”Cesar Chavez. Jacob is a Sommelier 2 and classically trained bartender at heart.
