Passport to Paso’s: A “Wine Pairing Experience” featuring a 4 -course “plated” dinner paired with wines from J. Lohr Winery in CA.
A Wine Expert will present a wine for each course from the portfolio of J. Lohr Winery in Paso Robles CA. Each course will be plated & served to you.
MENU
1st Course
- Shrimp Gazpacho
- A refreshing burst of tomato flavor w/cucumber, bell & jalapeno peppers, sherry vinegar & garnished w/sprig of cilantro
- Paired w/J.Lohr Late Harvest White Riesling
2nd Course
- Waldorf Garden Salad
- Locally harvested greens w/Honeycrisp apple, cotton candy grapes, & blue cheese.
- Paired w/J.Lohr October Night Chardonnay
3rd Course
- Stuffed Pork Loin – Whistler’s Special Creation
- Lean pork loin with a pinwheel stuffing of chopped apples, dried cranberries, onion, & bacon.
- Rosemary Potato Wedges
- Rosemary roasted with olive oil, cracked pepper, & Himalayan salt. Served w/cajon dipping sauce.
- Paired w/J.Lohr Carol’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
4th Course
- Decadent Double Chocolate & Bourbon Caramel Cake
- Served Warm & topped w/ Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Paired w/J.Lohr Tower Road Petit Sirah
