In general, you can visit our site  withhout telling us who you are or providing any information about yourself.   When you are making a reservation, or placing an order, we may  ask you to provide additional  information that will enable us to process your order, or offer services that require us to assist you with technical support issues, or to follow-up with you.

Common examples that Whistler’s Knoll requests identifying information:

  • To register on any of our websites (so your information is securely stored  for your convenience to assist you with future reservations)
  • To place an order
  • To provide feedback to an online survey or tell us about an idea or suggestion
  • To participate in a discount program, contest, or other promotional offer
  • To request any type of  SPECIAL SERVICE
  • To request information or files from technical support or customer service

In the above  instances, Whistler’s Knoll  will ask for your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other appropriate information needed to provide you with these services. In all instances, if you receive a electronic newsletter or other mailing from us, you will always be able to “unsubscribe” to these mailings at any time.

What Whistler’s Knoll Vineyard Will Do with Your Information

If you choose to give us personal information for any of the purposes above, this information is retained by Whistler’s Knoll  and will only be used by Whistler’s Knoll to support your valued customer relationship with us. We will not add you to a mailing listor newsletter without your registration for this service. We will only contact you if further information is required from you to complete a service.

We do NOT share, rent, or sell your personal ID Information

Whistler’s Knoll does not share, rent, or sell any personally identifying information provided through our Site (such as your name or email address) to any outside organization for use in its marketing or solicitations. From time to time Whistler’s Knoll may use agents or contractors who will have access to your personal information to perform services for Whistler’s Knoll (such as DATABASE MAINTENANCE, FURTHER EXAMPLES), however, they are required by us to keep the information confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services for Whistler’s Knoll Vineyard. In addition, Whistler’s Knoll may also share aggregate information about its customers and its web site visitors to advertisers, business partners, and other third parties. Children’s Privacy Protection

Whistler’s Knoll Vineyard is sensitive to the heightened need to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13.  The material on our web site is not intended for children and is targeted to persons of legal age to consume alcohol being 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children and, if we learn that we have received personal data from a child, we will remove this information from our database.

Changes to this Policy

Whistler’s Knoll  may from time to time revise its privacy policy. You should therefore periodically visit this page, so you are aware of any such revisions. We will not, however, use your existing information in a manner not previously disclosed. You will be advised and have the opportunity to opt out of any new use of your information.


Ticket sales and deposits on weddings are non-refundable, however we are an ethical company so will take into consideration your circumstances for need to request a refund as long as it does not cause hardship to our business.  For our Wine Dinners we require a 7 day cancellation period in order to issue a refund.

Credit Card Security

We understand that our customers are concerned about credit card security. We do accept credit cards at our offices and over the phone and will always guard and then destroy any of the information you have provided to us.
