If your dream is to recite your vows in a vineyard, we have that perfect place for you under the rustic arbor by our antique piano. Lush grapevines swaying in the gentle breeze become a spectacular backdrop, and if you are lucky, the heirloom chickens will join in the celebration with you and your guests!
Our rustic yet chic barn is an intimate and romantic setting. All the original beams and ladders add a magical vibe to your special day. The barn has heat, air conditioning, ADA compliant restrooms, WiFi, SONOS stereo, plus projector and screen for all the modern conveniences you could ever imagine.
If you are looking for that non-traditional setting where butterflies and hummingbirds take the place of decorations, check out our botanical gardens. The whimsical charm of our beautiful flora amidst fresh country air provides a unique experience like no other.
Our Grapevine Pavilion overlooks Whistler’s Vineyard offering a natural and picturesque setting with breathtaking sunsets. Tables and chairs are included in your rental. The Grapevine Pavilion is available during the months of May through Mid-October.
The Grapevine Pavilion has seating for 200 guests. Total capacity inside our intimate and quaint barn is 50.
Wedding Ceremony on Site
If your dream wedding is to recite your vows in a vineyard, or surrounded by beautiful gardens, we have that perfect location for you. White folding chairs are provided for your ceremony in Whistler’s Vineyard, and our staff takes care of the set up and take down. Don’t forget to ask your DJ to arrive early enough to help with your ceremony, and with announcements during your dinner. We recommend a 3:00 pm ceremony time so you have plenty of time for photos before your reception begins. Our bridal suite is air conditioned so you and your bridesmaids have a comfortable place to change in and get ready for your ceremony! One complimentary bottle of wine or Champagne is included.

Our barn has passed inspection by the Industry Services Division of the State of Wisconsin, Department of Safety and Professional Services. What this means, is we have followed the proper procedures to assure the safety of our guests.

Class B Liquor License
We also carry a “Class B” Liquor License so can provide all of your beverage needs. Licensed bartenders are included in your rental. “Carry in” beverages of all types are not allowed
Throughout our vineyard, gardens, and property there are numerous and amazing backdrops available for you on your special Wedding Day! And we encourage you to schedule a time for your engagement photo shoot and this is NOT an additional charge. Photo shoots are a privilege available only for our clients and nobody else!!

Ceremony, Reception, Dinner, & Dance
Our entire venue includes The Loft (barn), The Grapevine Pavilion, Holly’s Wine Garden (patio), Air Conditioned Bridal Suite, Grooms Room, and Vineyard for the Ceremony. Pricing for 2024/2025 season during the months of May through Mid-October is $6500. (We do NOT book another event during your special day.)
Off peak season (November, December, January, March, & April) you can rent The Loft (heated barn) for $2500 plus sales tax
Sales tax plus a 17% Service Charge is added to your final invoice including beverages
A Reminder about Capacity:
Grapevine Pavilion holds 200 guests, however it is winterized and not available during off peak season months listed above. The Loft, (barn) has capacity for 50 people.
Included in Your Rental:
Access to our property for your engagement photo shoot, (you schedule with your photographer,) basic planning services (no need to hire a planner), banquet tables & chairs in pavilion, white folding chairs for your ceremony in the vineyard, event staff, licensed bartenders, projector & screen in barn, antique rustic cake table, WiFi, SONOS Stereo, yard games, general clean up, and parking.
Not Included in Your Rental:
Food & beverages, linens & centerpieces.
We offer a weeknight special on Tuesday through Thursday for 3 hours at $950 plus tax. (A 17% service charge is added to your final invoice including beverages.) 25 ceremony chairs are included (an additional charge for more than 25 chairs) & we will open our bar for you (licensed bartender included.) For the weeknight ceremony special, you pick either the Grapevine Pavilion or the Loft (Barn.) Both are not included, however the bridal suite & grooms room are open for you! This special offer is not available during a holiday week.
Calendar & Tours
Contact us for availability (sorry, our calendar is not completely up to date) Let us know if you would like to schedule an appointment for a personal tour of our venue. We conduct tours on Thursday through Sunday between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. A $50 deposit via credit card is required to book a tour. It is refunded to you after your tour is completed. (We refund your deposit IF you need to cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour.)
